  • How can I buy my Expressa Evolution?
    Exclusively through our E-Shop.

  • What are the accepted payment methods?
    The payment methods accepted online are:
    • Paypal: Pay with Paypal. You can pay with your credit card if you don't have a Paypal account.
    • Wire transfer: Make the payment by bank transfer. Use the order ID as a reason. Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds are transferred to our bank account.
    • Credit card: Enter your credit card details in the appropriate section. Secure transaction with Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  •  I placed an order what are the shipping times and costs?
    • Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed within 5/8 working days.
    • Shipping costs for the Italian territory are included in the price.
    • As soon as your order is processed and then entrusted to the courier you will receive an "Order Completed" notification email.
  • The courier for the delivery of my Expressa Evolution has just arrived!
    If the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged you have the right to sign with reserve: If you receive a visually damaged box, holes, tears, evident crushing, it would be good practice to reject it. The courier will write on the delivery note or on the electronic PAD that the goods have been refused.. 
    In this case the shipment returns to the sender and you are refunded.
    If you want the same product, please notify customer support and a second shipment will be generated with a new product, at no additional cost.
    However, if it seems to you that the external damage to the packaging is not such as to compromise the integrity of the product, you can decide to accept it: however, always remember, in these cases, to sign "with reserve" specifying the reason. Without the specified reason, the generic reserve has no legal value. Then write "with Reserve for crushed packaging", "with Reserve for open packaging", next to the signature or in the space provided on the paper delivery note or electronic PAD.c.
    Thanks to this specification, the regulations in force allow compensation on the courier in case of damage to the product.
    Just write to us at customerservice@oranfresh.com and notify us of the incident, then, thanks to the specific reserve, the merchant will take action to claim against the courier.
    Without specific reservation, the package is accepted and any damage will not be refunded.
  • You receive an intact box and the product is damaged inside: what you need to do?
    In this case you are facing a so-called "hidden damage", as it is legally defined. Call us and send us an email to customerservice@oranfresh.com: you will be asked for photos of the damage, of the packaging and a description of what happened. Remember that from the time of delivery you have eight calendar days to contest hidden damage: beyond this deadline the law does not allow further disputes.
  •  You received your Expressa Evolution but you have changed your mind
    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can request the return of the goods and obtain a refund within the 14 days required by law.
    Oranfresh srl also includes shipping costs in the cost of your machine, so if you feel you want to withdraw from your purchase, the return costs and therefore the shipping will be at your expense.
    Right of withdrawal:

    In accordance with the provisions of Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 "Consumer Code", the Customer may exercise, within and no later than 14 fourteen days from the date of delivery, the right to withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund of the amount already paid including delivery costs, by sending the withdrawal form add hyperlinks via email to customerservice@oranfresh.comresh.com

    Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal in the manner described above, the Customer Service will contact the Customer in order to agree on the return methods and to send the forms to be completed by the Customer. The Customer will then be contacted directly by the courier in charge to agree on the date of taking charge of the return. The delivery of the goods to the courier must take place within 14 days from the date on which the goods were delivered. An essential condition to be able to make the withdrawal is that the products are returned intact, except for the manipulation necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

    Once the integrity of the product has been ascertained, Oranfresh srl will refund the customer within 14 fourteen days following the return of the products. The Customer will be refunded the price paid for the product and the shipping costs.. 

    In the event that the value of the products has undergone a decrease caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, by way of example: damaged products, not properly or completely packaged, or in the if certain parts are missing or have been damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and / or other objects, Oranfresh srl will refund the customer the amounts received after deducting the decreased value of the goods. In the event that the Customer sends back the products after the deadline of 14 days from the date on which he communicated the withdrawal from the contract or in the case of open and / or partially used products and which do not lend themselves to being returned; the right of withdrawal does not apply and Oranfresh srl will return the purchased good to the customer by charging the shipping costs to the customer.e.
  • How the guarantee works?
    Oranfresh srl guarantees the excellent quality of the material and the good construction of the machine.

    The duration of the warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery of the product and is valid for all those parts that have material and manufacturing defects, which will be replaced free of charge. Oranfresh will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to replace the defective parts or the whole machine.

    The warranty does not cover failures caused by:
    • Damage deriving from misuse or from use that does not comply with what is indicated in the instruction manual, incorrect installation, non-compliant installation, force majeure.
    • Use of the machine with fruits other than those indicated in the instruction manual
    • Changes made internally.
The warranty does not cover repair costs on machines handled by unauthorized service centers.
These costs will be fully charged to the customer.
